Join the waitlist with your email and whether you are a client or provider. We email you when a spot opens in your area. Early testers get direct invites.

MatchFix is free to join. You pay the agreed visit price through the app — no separate MatchFix service fee on top. Pricing depends on the job and quote tier you choose.

MatchFix’s platform fee is just 6.5%. Stripe’s usual card processing (about 2.9% + $0.30) is separate. You’ll see your estimated payout before you accept a price or send a proposal.

Describe your job with photos, voice, or text. MatchFix suggests a fair price range, then matched providers offer Basic, Standard, or Premium tiers from their real rate cards — not open-ended bidding wars. You pick a tier, book the visit, and pay securely when work is done.

Providers set skills, service area, and availability. Regulated categories require verified credentials — trade licenses where required, with sensitive details kept private on public profiles. Matching ranks on fit, not ad spend.

After a visit is booked, client and provider can message in one thread tied to that job — gate codes, arrival timing, and logistics without scattered texts. Chat opens for the visit and closes shortly after completion.

All three during early access — same account across platforms. Use whichever device you have; pick up where you left off on another.

We are expanding market by market during early access. Waitlist signups help us prioritize where to launch next. Local matching depends on provider supply in your area.

Payments run through Stripe. When you book, your card may be held for the agreed amount. Funds are released to the provider after the visit is completed, according to payment rules in the app. Providers see MatchFix and card-processing fees deducted from their payout; clients pay the agreed visit total.
